ANY PERSON(S) FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THIS ARTICLE SHALL BE DEEMED GUILTY OF AN ORDINANCE VIOLATION. VIOLATORS SHALL BE PUNISHED BY A FINE NOT EXCEEDING FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND /OR A JAIL SENTENCE OF UP TO NINETY DAYS."
SECTION 605.080 OF THE COLE CAMP CODE "ALL LICENSES GRANTED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE SHALL COMMENCE ON THE FIRST DAY OF JULY IN EACH YEAR AND SHALL EXPIRE ON THE THIRTIETH DAY OF JUNE OF THE YEAR FOLLOWING THE DATE OF ISSURANCE."
