Public Works Director
The City of Cole Camp is accepting applications for a full-time Public Works Director to lead the department responsible for many of the essential services our citizens rely on everyday.
The Public Works Director oversees the City's water and wastewater systems, streets, parks, equipment and municipal facilities. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with equipment and taking pride in keeping their community running smoothly.
A strong candidate will be dependable, mechanically inclined, able to work independently and with others, and willing to learn. Experience in public works, utilities, construction, equipment operation, mechanical maintenance or a related field is helpful.
We're looking for the right individual - applicants will be required to ultimately obtain the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Wastewater Treatment Class C and Water Distribution DS-I certifications. You do not need to already hold these licenses to be considered for this role.
Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience, qualifications and current certifications.
